Most medical malpractice matters unfortunately do go to trial. These matters usually do not settle before the trial date. The reason for that is in order to settle, the doctor usually has to admit their mistake. Now there are exceptions and no matter what from day one, we prepare your matter for trial, so hopefully you will not have to go. But if you’re gonna file a medical malpractice matter, you should assume and prepare that we’ll be taking this matter to trial.
