What proof is necessary in a nursing home or medical malpractice case?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

To prove your nursing home neglect or medical malpractice matter, we need to prove a duty, breach of duty causation and harm. Most of the time, the difficult chain might be causation. So, people call us all the time where people were injured at a hospital, but just ’cause someone suffered an injury at a hospital, doesn’t mean the hospital made a mistake. We will look into it. And if we find that the hospital created a mistake, we will file your matter. Unfortunately, there’s many situations where we will find that the hospital did not make a mistake or the defendant did not make a mistake and in those situations, we do not file a lawsuit.
