Once we get the medical records and have a firmer understanding of what your damages are, then we’ll be able to explain to you or tell you what your matter is worth. Unfortunately, many hospitals in New Jersey have something called charitable immunity which means regardless of the outcome, a judge will set your verdict amount to $250,000 if it’s in excess of 250,000.
